Your tools, working as one
Connect what you have. Build what you don't. Your CRM, job management, inbox, calendar and accounts stop living in separate silos, and stop depending on you to move information between them.
The problem
You're the part holding it together
Every tool you use solves one piece. None of them talk to each other, so the job of moving information between them (the quote into the job, the job into the invoice, the enquiry into the follow-up) falls to you. You became the integration layer your business runs on, and the moment you get busy, things slip through. It's not a small leak: Australian small businesses with their tools connected process 2.6× the sales of those without (COSBOA/Square research).
How it works
How we connect it
Map what you already use
We start with the tools you've got (ServiceM8, Xero, your inbox, your calendar) and trace how work actually moves between them. No rip-and-replace: we connect what's already there, and where a tool is genuinely the wrong fit, we'll tell you and help you pick better. And where no off-the-shelf tool fits how you actually work, we build the piece that does: software made to fit your business, not the other way around.
Build one source of truth
We connect those tools so a customer, a job, or an invoice exists once and stays in sync everywhere. Enter it in one place and it's right everywhere: no double entry, no version that's out of date. Over time that becomes the business's memory: every job, quote and customer on record, working for you instead of living in your head, and yours to take if you ever leave.
Take you off the critical path
The hand-offs that used to wait on you — re-keying a booking, chasing a missing detail, moving a job to the next stage — run automatically, around your judgement. And when you want whole jobs of repetitive work done for you, that's AI, built on this foundation.
Proof
You're looking at it
This site, and the system behind it, run on the same connected setup we'd build for you. The content, the lead capture, the way an enquiry reaches a human: it's wired together, not bolted on. The work in front of you is the demo.
What you get
What you get
One source of truth
A customer or job exists once and stays in sync across every tool: no double entry, no out-of-date copy.
Tools that finally talk
The systems you already pay for, connected. We orchestrate what's there rather than making you start over.
Owner off the critical path
The repeatable hand-offs run without you. You keep the decisions; the busywork stops routing through your memory.
You own it
Your data and your accounts stay yours. Month to month, and you can take them with you if you ever leave.
Built where nothing fits
When no tool on the market matches how you work, we build the missing piece, and it plugs into the same connected system. One operation, not another silo.
FAQ
Questions, answered
Short, straight answers: the same ones we give on a call.
Something we haven't covered? Ask us directly.
Do I have to replace the tools I use?
No. We connect what you've already got: your CRM, job management, accounting. We orchestrate the tools you know; we don't make you relearn everything. If something is genuinely the wrong tool for the job, we'll say so and help you choose a better fit.
What if my tools don't have an integration?
Most mature tools do, and we handle the wiring. For the odd gap, we build the connector. Either way, keeping the pipes running is our job, not yours.
What if no tool does what I need?
Then we build it. When off-the-shelf software doesn't fit how your business works, we build a custom piece: scoped and fixed-price, on the same connected system, and we run it for you. You're not commissioning a risky one-off project; you're getting the exact tool your business needs, made to fit.
Is it safe? I don't want something changing my accounts unsupervised.
Anything that writes to your systems is gated (a person approves it), and irreversible actions never run on their own. You stay the captain.
What about the repetitive work itself?
Connecting your tools is the foundation. The repetitive work that runs across them — quotes, invoices, follow-ups — is the AI we build and run, built on top of exactly this.
Does this make the business less dependent on me?
That's the point. The day-to-day stops routing through your memory. You keep the calls that matter; the business stops needing you for every hand-off. It's also what makes a business easier to hand over or sell one day: systems transfer; a head full of know-how doesn't.

A short call to map how work moves through your tools today, and where connecting them would give you the most back. No pitch, no obligation. Whatever you decide, what we find is yours to keep.
