Who we work with

We do our best work for a particular kind of business, and we would rather help you work that out before you book a call, not after. We charge a fixed monthly fee, so a client we cannot genuinely help costs both of us. Here is the honest picture: where we fit, where we don't, and what working with us asks of you.

Where we do our best work

  • Your business is built on real technical skill. Engineers, lab and testing specialists, technical consultants, IT specialists, specialist suppliers and distributors, niche manufacturers, fabricators, skilled trades. You are excellent at the work itself; the marketing and the systems around it have never had the same attention.
  • You came up through the craft. You would rather do the work than chase it, and you want the quality of what you do to be obvious to the people choosing who to trust.
  • You want a business that is profitable and less dependent on you. Not scale for its own sake: a steady, well-run business that does not need you holding every piece together.
  • You think in months, not weeks. What we build compounds. It is worth more in month six than in month one, and you are comfortable with that trade.
  • The investment is comfortable. Engagements start at $1,000 a month plus GST. That should feel like a serious commitment, not a strain. If it would hurt the business right now, we are honestly not the right step yet.

You do not need a website, a marketing history, or polished systems to start. Building those is the work. Some of our best-fit clients arrive with none of them: just a good business, and no time to build the machinery around it.

Where we are not the right fit

We will tell you this on the call too, but you can save yourself the booking:

  • You need a burst of leads this month. We build marketing that runs as a system and compounds. If you need a quick spike and nothing more, a campaign shop will serve you better than we will.
  • You want guaranteed results. Nobody can honestly guarantee marketing outcomes, and we will not pretend otherwise. We promise the work, show it running, and protect the start with a 30-day money-back calibration period. If a guarantee is the deciding factor, we are the wrong choice.
  • You want to hand everything over and disappear. We run the engine, but the direction stays yours. Your input is small and we keep it that way, but it is never zero. If you want a provider you never have to speak to, we will frustrate you.
  • Your business competes on volume and price. Dropshipping, reselling commodity products, anything where the margin is thin and the catalogue could be anyone's. Our approach needs real expertise and real margin behind it.
  • You are still getting the business off the ground. Pre-revenue or brand new: the fee only makes sense once there is a running business to build on. Get the business trading first; the call will still be free when you do.

What working with us asks of you

  • The knowledge only you have. The start of the engagement is a real conversation about your business: your customers, your work, what you know that your competitors do not. Everything we build comes from that.
  • Access and quick answers. Accounts, assets, and a prompt yes or no when something needs your call. Your part is small, but it sets the pace: when your answers come back quickly, we run at full speed.
  • A few hours in the first month, less after that. Mostly at the start, while we learn your business.
  • Patience while it compounds. Meaningful results typically take three to six months. We say that now so it is an honest expectation, not an excuse later.
